INFORMATION ON MIDHANI IN ACCORDANCE WITH RTI ACT 2005
In accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and in compliance with chapter II section 4 (1) sub clause (b), the following information is placed:
1	Particulars of Organisation, Functions and Duties.
2	Powers and Duties of MIDHANI Officers and Employees.
3	Procedure followed in Decision making process.
4	Norms set by MIDHANI for discharge of its function.
5	Rules and Regulations,Instructions,Manuals and Records held by MIDHANI or its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions.
6	Statement of the Categories of documentsthat are held by MIDHANI or under its control.
7	Particulars of any arrangements that exist for consultation with, or representation by the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof.
8	Statemetn of the Boards, Councils Committes and other Bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as MIDHANI's part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meetings of those Boards, Councils, Committees and other bodies are open to the Public,or the minutes of such meetings are accessible to the public.
9	Directory of MIDHANI's Officers and Employees
10	Monthly remuneration received by each of MIDHAN Officers and Employees, including the system of compensation as provided in its regulation
11	The budget allocated to each of MIDHANI's agencies indicating the particulars of all plans,proposed expenditures and report on disbursement mode
12	The manner of execution of subsidy programmes including the amounts located and the details of beneficiaries of such programme
13	Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorisations granted by MIDHANI
14	Details in respect of the information available to or held by MIDHANI, reduced in an electronic form
15	Particulars of facilities available to citizen for obtaning information, including the working hours of a Library or a reading room,if maintained for public use
16	Name, designation and other particulars of the Public Information Officers
17	Other information
